What you will do

• Work closely with Recruiters to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs.
• Identify relevant channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of strategic sourcing against predefined outcomes.
• Ensure effective candidate relationship management to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community.
• Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information for effective searches.
• Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for all active requisitions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Previous experience in RPO environments would be a plus.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities.
• Minimum C1 command of the English and German languages
