What you will do

• Provide engagement execution support to the client and the team.
• Manage the various stages of the search process to ensure high-quality client engagement.
• Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates during search engagements.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in company systems.
• Inform the engagement team of any potential business development opportunities identified.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States of America.
• Three to seven years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) and ability to make executive-level presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, and accomplished.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
