Workday Integration Specialist (Workday)

Functional Workday Integration Lead (Workday): Managing integrations of hirify.global Digital products with client 3rd party platforms with an accent on SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and other HRIS systems. Focus on developing implementation plans, assessing IT environments, and ensuring successful product rollout within client systems.

What you will do

• Support the integration of hirify.global Digital platforms with client systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain best practice documentation for hirify.global Digital integrations with third-party platforms.
• Support the implementation of hirify.global Built On Workday Apps with client Workday environments.
• Work with client teams to review and assess functional and technical integration requirements.
• Develop an implementation plan to address integration requirements and support the integration work.
• Assess client’s Information Technology environment against hirify.global product technical and security requirements.

Requirements

• High-level knowledge of multiple business areas and domains, including Recruitment and Talent Management.
• Certification with Workday HCM modules, including configuration and implementation experience.
• Extensive experience implementing and/or deploying API-based integrations for HRIS platforms.
• Ability to balance customer demands with aggressive revenue and profitability objectives.
• Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors integration configurations (Workday Orchestrate, SAP BTP, etc.).
• Knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors HCM platforms.
