What you will do

  • Partner with business owners and analytics leaders to define vision, constraints, and priorities for the problem space.
  • Develop a deep understanding of requirements, perform solution design, and support execution, managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Write detailed user stories, capture business rationale, requirements, and success criteria in Jira, and maintain product documentation.
  • Develop and manage short- and long-term product roadmaps, focusing on value delivery and iterative improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of analytics, product management, or similar technology experience in healthcare organizations, product development, or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience participating in Agile/Scrum teams or using Agile methodology/concepts in product development.
  • Proficiency with project management and delivery tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience writing clear specifications, technical documentation, and user stories.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving and prioritization.
  • Must be eligible to work remotely within the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience evaluating workflows, conducting user research, and using data to inform business decision-making.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge, especially in value-based care, Medicare ACOs, and Medicare Advantage.
  • Familiarity with analytics methods such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with coding languages like SQL, Python, or R.
