What you will do

• Plan and implement digital campaigns, in-store events, flyers, and Google campaigns to drive store traffic.
• Oversee and coordinate communication efforts across all Flagship and Key City stores, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
• Enhance store touchpoints, including landing pages, newsletters, chat interfaces, and bookable appointments, to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Work closely with Omnichannel and Brand teams to leverage global assets, tools, and best practices.
• Plan, develop, and execute retail activations, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the journey.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in retail marketing, campaign coordination, or omnichannel activation.
• Hands-on experience supporting and executing digital and in-store campaigns.
• Ability to manage campaign calendars, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth rollout of activations across stores.
• Comfortable tracking campaign performance metrics and using insights to recommend optimizations.
• Understanding of retail customer journeys and experience supporting initiatives that enhance engagement and conversion at key touchpoints.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads), CRM tools, content management systems, and basic analytics reporting.
