What you will do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for Google Ads strategy, managing and scaling massive budgets across Search, Display, Discovery, and UAC.
• Execute hands-on optimizations, including advanced bidding strategies, deep keyword research, audience segmentation, and structural account refinements.
• Analyze deep-funnel performance data, identify growth levers, and maintain a rigorous testing roadmap for creatives and landing pages.
• Build and implement scalable marketing processes and reporting frameworks for rapid decision-making and cross-project transparency.
• Partner closely with Creative, Data, and Product teams to iterate on high-performing assets and ensure attribution accuracy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience specifically managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with a proven track record of scaling budgets.
• In-depth knowledge of Google’s bidding algorithms, tracking requirements (GTM/GA4), and mobile app tracking within the Google ecosystem.
• Exceptional ability to navigate complex datasets using SQL and Excel to uncover trends.
• History of being a "doer" who takes pride in the technical setup and daily performance of campaigns.
• Ability to pivot between different projects and goals within the UA department.
