What you will do
- Define and execute the paid marketing strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage day-to-day paid marketing operations, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Brief the Creative team on performance-driven requirements for ad content.
- Identify and test new DTC growth opportunities across digital marketing and emerging channels.
- Oversee user tracking and event management (GA4), collaborating with developers and data engineers.
- Build self-service dashboards and create regular reports to communicate marketing performance and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, ideally in ecommerce or DTC.
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager (Ads Manager, Commerce Manager) and Google Ads Manager.
- Profound analytical abilities with strong expertise in Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, or similar tools like Looker.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Growth mindset with a proactive, test-and-learn approach to driving results.
Nice to have
- Experience with event tracking, specifically on Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with product feed management tools like FeedOptimise or DataFeedWatch.
- Knowledge of email marketing automation and tools like Klaviyo.
- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
