Key Account Manager (Healthcare)

TL;DR
Key Account Manager (Healthcare): Scaling the service and building strong customer partnerships across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Local Authorities, and private care providers with an accent on consultative selling and account management. Focus on driving growth, supporting tender processes, and helping customers understand the value of ’s solutions.
Location: Must be based in the UK, with approx. 80% travel to visit customers across the Southern region.

What you will do
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Drive growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new key accounts in targeted regions.
- Reach ambitious sales targets through proactive account management and consultative selling.
- Support tender processes and collaborate with Customer Project Managers to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Help customers understand the value of by preparing business cases and engaging with stakeholders.
- Represent as an ambassador — building trust, fostering strong relationships, and driving large-scale service implementations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative selling within technology-enabled care, NHS organisations, local authorities, or B2B/B2G environments.
- Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and the ability to navigate complex healthcare ecosystems.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders from operational managers to senior decision-makers.
- Commercial and financial acumen, enabling you to build compelling business cases and close deals.
- An entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage your own region.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and hold valid work authorization; visa sponsorships are not offered.
