What you will do
- Lead and manage assigned transformation projects or workstreams from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of data-driven recommendations and solutions.
- Support the implementation of new tools, processes, and technologies, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to gather requirements, communicate progress, and facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the design and documentation of optimized workflows and best practices within the transformation agenda.
- Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and insights to the Transformation Lead and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Approximately 4-7 years of experience in media, digital marketing, consulting, or project management, with demonstrable interest or experience in transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Familiarity with media planning and buying principles, as well as an understanding of digital platforms, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1+ English expected), capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology).
