What you will do

• Build AI-native features using LLM pipelines, RAG systems, embeddings, and agents.
• Develop a compound platform with deep AI functionality and a fast, polished UX.
• Work on real-time backend systems processing emails, meetings, Slack, and product data.
• Develop frontend in Vue.js and TypeScript with a custom component library.
• Build prototypes and features directly with customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years shipping product at startups.
• Strong full-stack skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Vue.js or React on the frontend, Node.js on the backend.
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Genuine excitement about applied AI.
• Experience with AI coding agents.
• Good product instincts.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs.
• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, tRPC, YJS).
• Complex SQL optimization, analytics pipelines.
• DevOps with GCP, Cloud Run, GitHub Actions.
• Building design systems or custom UI component libraries.
