What you will do

• Own and manage the Customs Integration Platform, ensuring seamless integrations with customs authorities and external partners.
• Drive product features end-to-end, from idea and requirements to implementation and launch.
• Define priorities, set timelines, and represent the business perspective within a SCRUM team.
• Define product requirements based on inputs from Commercial/Business Units and Technology strategy.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog, translating features into detailed user stories and technical requirements.
• Manage product KPIs and continuously optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of requirements engineering standards (user stories, use cases, UML).
• Strong ability to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs.
• Broad knowledge of infrastructure and application technologies, including SOA, web services, microservices, and application development.
• English: B2 required.
