What you will do

  • Define and implement pricing strategies, frameworks, and policies to maximize revenue performance and support commercial objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize fare structures, pricing architecture, and ancillary pricing opportunities; monitor performance and improve yield and profitability.
  • Oversee competitor pricing analysis and market monitoring; analyze customer demand patterns, booking behavior, and market trends to guide pricing actions.
  • Provide pricing recommendations for commercial campaigns and collaborate with Network Planning, Airport Development, and other stakeholders on route and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the Pricing and Revenue Management team; establish governance and decision-making processes and ensure accurate reporting for senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in pricing methodologies, processes, and analytical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Airline Commercial Strategy, or a related commercial function.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven success developing and implementing pricing strategies that deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with deep understanding of pricing principles, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actionable pricing decisions.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
