What you will do

• Prioritize and refine the product backlog, managing defects, enhancements, and new features.
• Translate product needs, user feedback, and business priorities into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain accurate work items in MS Azure DevOps to support delivery planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, and Product Management to deliver releases on schedule.
• Gather requirements and feedback from internal stakeholders, dealers, and users to improve product experience.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong background in business analysis and the ability to identify business needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Experience in software product business operations, including managing product vision and install base.
• Knowledge of software change request management from customers and internal staff.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across multiple time zones, specifically Central European and US.
• Location: Must be based in Kosice, Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Exposure to organizational tools such as AHA and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with UI prototyping applications such as Figma.
• High interest in generative AI applications.
