Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid: 2 days in office per week)

Salary: HUF 1,045,000 – 1,567,500 per month

What you will do

• Own the product backlog, translating requirements from broadcast operators and the business into actionable epics and user stories.
• Coordinate QC activities, including functional, integration, and UAT, while leading defect triage and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate daily with Software Engineering, Video Infrastructure, QA, TechOps, and UI/UX teams in an Agile environment.
• Develop technical runbooks and documentation to support live studio pilots and staged roll-outs in high-pressure environments.
• Expand capabilities into roadmap shaping and OKR definition under the guidance of senior product leadership.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a product-related role such as Associate PO, Business Analyst, or QA.
• Strong technical grounding to communicate effectively with engineers and media operators.
• Proven experience in coordinating QC/regression testing and managing defect resolution.
• Basic understanding of video streaming, capture technology, or media formats.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting product launches and creating technical tutorial content.
• Familiarity with prioritization frameworks and roadmap contribution.
• Experience with high-performance video hardware and graphics engines in live sports environments (e.g., OB vans).
