Talent Acquisition Executive (Edtech): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. Focus on leveraging ATS systems and automation to optimize hiring across technology, commercial, and education roles on a global scale.

Location: Onsite at our office in Chancery Lane, London, 4 days per week.

Salary: £45K – £60K plus bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate day to day hiring efforts, working with Hiring Managers across each function.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support CV screening and run initial phone screens where appropriate.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Lead on sourcing and outreach on key hires where required.
• Help build processes, leveraging our ATS (Ashby), automation and AI, to ensure we’re hiring the best talent, globally.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite at our office in Chancery Lane, London, 4 days per week.
• Exceptionally organised with a very high attention to detail.
• A clear, confident communicator and able to build relationships quickly with candidates and team members alike.
• Comfortable working with data and understanding where bottlenecks are and where you need to change things up.
• Experience hiring a variety of different roles within a high-growth, global, technology business.
• Ideally have a track record of delivery across multiple functions - ideally across technical and commercial.
