What you will do
- Manage and deliver recruitment activity for permanent and fixed-term contract roles.
- Prepare and publish accurate, inclusive job adverts.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates using fair criteria.
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
- Experience delivering recruitment at pace, managing high-volume workloads accurately.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and multiple pipelines.
- Experience in both internal and agency recruitment.
- Confidence across the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy briefing to onboarding.
- A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and collaborate effectively.
- Working knowledge of recruitment practices, processes, and relevant employment legislation.
Nice to have
- Interest in or willingness to pursue relevant qualifications (e.g., CIPD/MIRP).
- Experience supporting high-volume or associate/contractor recruitment.
