What you will do

• Own daily global cash positioning, including sweeps, pooling, concentration, and currency balances.
• Produce and continuously improve the 13-week cash flow forecast and a 12-month liquidity outlook.
• Lead bank strategy, selection, pricing negotiations, and service-level agreements.
• Administer short-term liquidity tools such as RCFs, overdrafts, credit lines, guarantees, letters of credit, and surety arrangements.
• Reduce operational FX exposure.
• Deliver weekly cash dashboards, forecasting variance analyses, and bank fee analysis to CFO.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking within a multinational environment.
• Deep understanding of multi-currency cash management, operational FX, and liquidity forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with banking portals, mandates, payment security, and account lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of ICFR, treasury controls, compliance (AML, sanctions), and audit requirements.
• Experience with ERPs, TMS, or payment hubs (e.g., SAP, Stripe, Adyen, etc.).
• Comfort working as a single contributor, building a function from zero.
