TL;DR

Senior CRO Manager (Fintech): Leading and executing comprehensive conversion rate optimisation strategies to enhance user experience and maximise digital performance with an accent on data-driven experimentation and team leadership. Focus on managing the CRO testing roadmap, analysing test results, and driving personalisation strategies.

Location: Hybrid role based in Bristol, UK, requiring a minimum of two days in the office per week. Applicants must have existing right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRO professionals and personalisation managers.
  • Manage the CRO testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Collaborate with UX, analytics, product, and marketing teams to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Analyse test results and user behaviour to derive actionable insights.
  • Drive personalisation strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion.
  • Report on CRO performance and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading CRO programs within a digital or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
  • Experience with personalisation platforms and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and digital marketing best practices.
  • Must have existing right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not provided.
