TL;DR

Senior Marketing Program Manager (Events): Managing internal workstreams across marketing, creative, legal, and compliance teams to scale event initiatives and enhance marketing capabilities. Location: Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 USD (Zone 1: Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY)

What you will do

  • Manage all internal workstreams across Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesion for related work.
  • Facilitate meetings, create agendas, action items, and follow-ups to ensure information exchange and understanding.
  • Support Events marketers, flag delays, and facilitate trade-off discussions when necessary.
  • Manage a high volume of Events marketing assets and their timelines in partnership with the producer.
  • Own the submission process for Legal & Compliance review, spearheading weekly check-ins and ensuring material revisions.
  • Lead the QA process of all assets, ensuring quality standards are met and work is complete.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program and/or project management.
  • Strong preference for candidates with previous experience in a high-velocity Events Marketing environment and a highly regulated industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to organize information quickly, address potential roadblocks, define the best way forward, and communicate trade-offs.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, inform marketing decisions, and identify project risks early.
  • Experience operating and driving work independently in a dynamic environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Understanding of asset creation and approval cycles (e.g., Creative, Production, Stakeholder Reviews, Legal Approvals).
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
