What you will do

• Lead large-scale crypto-focused, technical, and Compliance related cross-functional programs.
• Team with internal and external stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Experience.
• Set cross-functional business objectives, align teams, and execute from design through technical implementation.
• Be accountable for roadmap delivery, including adoption and success criteria, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Plan, scope, resource, coordinate, communicate status, manage risks, and track progress across multiple product workstreams.
• Support the Compliance incident management process and ensure proper documentation, tracking, and resolution of issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a technical program manager working with consumer products across various domains.
• Experience balancing product, business, and operational priorities.
• Proven experience with the product development lifecycle or product operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues and address compliance exposures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical and functional risks and issues, adapting quickly to evolving program needs.
• Experience working in a global, large-scale, complex, and fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Top Tier consulting firm or FinTech.
• MBA or advanced certifications in Program or project management.
• Experience with financial product compliance including KYC, BSA, OFAC, and AML.
• Advanced understanding of product development and control architecture.
• Experience with JIRA, Looker, and SQL.
