TL;DR

Senior Associate, Onboarding (Fintech): Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for plan sponsors and financial advisors onto hirify.global's platform with an accent on project coordination, client advocacy, and plan design expertise. Focus on enhancing the onboarding experience through cross-functional collaboration and ensuring successful transitions of new plans.

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or Austin, TX

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 plus performance-based bonus and new hire equity

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary internal client advocate for plan sponsor and advisor contacts.
  • Manage all aspects of the onboarding process from point of sale through successful plan transition.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors, plan sponsors, and third-party administrators on conversion timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status to both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the team and ensure service level agreements are met.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management and leading team initiatives end to end.
  • Experience using and optimizing internal technical operational tools such as Jira, Zendesk, Asana, and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for rapid learning, creation, and iteration.
  • Willingness to learn retirement plan design and plan conversion processes.

Nice to have

  • General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements.
  • Experience with compliance or recordkeeping systems (e.g., SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS).
  • Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or higher ASPPA credential.
  • PMP or similar project management certifications.
