What you will do

• Define event strategy, priorities, and success criteria for each game patch.
• Oversee planning and delivery outcomes of events, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Translate product goals into clear, executable event plans for diverse player needs.
• Provide design guidance and quality reviews for events created by designers and producers.
• Analyze post-launch performance, conduct holistic reviews, and apply learnings for continuous improvement.
• Personally design and lead high-complexity large-scale or flagship events, integrating monetization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in product management or game producer roles, with a player-first mindset.
• Strong understanding of game products, with the ability to interpret version strategy and translate objectives into live-event plans.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and drive projects forward with clarity.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with high standards for quality and player experience.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable learning and growing in a fast-moving environment.
• Must work onsite in Shanghai, China.

• Experience working on mobile games or game products serving a global player audience.
