What you will do

• Work closely with APAC customers to identify and lead Payment Performance initiatives.
• Gain a deep understanding of data-science driven solutions and all hirify.global’s products.
• Build data analysis frameworks for the commercial team to help achieve commercial goals.
• Perform competitor analysis to determine industry trends and differentiating factors.
• Act as the core advocate for the payment performance product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product experience, managing product life-cycles from discovery to release.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to clearly define success metrics and measure progress.
• Effective communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical background, ideally a Computer Science degree or similar.
• Ability to convert business strategy into product vision and strategic priorities.
• Strong fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with three days per week in the office in Shanghai.
