What you will do
- Define the roadmap for Bing app experiences, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
- Translate customer insights into intuitive, high-quality mobile features in partnership with engineering, design, and data science teams.
- Use analytics, experimentation, and market research to inform prioritization and measure success.
- Influence and collaborate across disciplines and organizations to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Anticipate user needs and industry trends to create differentiated experiences leveraging AI and personalization.
- Improve processes and frameworks to accelerate delivery and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in defining user journeys and making trade-offs between short-term and long-term investments.
- Familiarity with mobile app performance metrics, and AI-driven experiences.
- Proven ability to lead by example, mentor junior PMs, and foster an inclusive team culture.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of mobile UX patterns, app store ecosystems, and performance optimization for iOS and Android.
- Experience integrating AI-driven features, personalization, and search relevance into consumer-facing products.
- Proven ability to design and launch products for diverse markets with localization and accessibility considerations.
