Location: Beijing, China. Employees who live within a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

• Work with Sales, Engineering, and Data Science teams to innovate and propose solutions.

• Incubate and prototype new technology and ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 3+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of the online advertising business and a proven track record of successfully monetizing products and services.
• Experience in developing products from inception to completion, with a focus on the product aspect and a thorough understanding of the business needs.
• Demonstrated expertise in identifying potential market opportunities and successfully launching products that meet market demands.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to thoughtfully experiment.
• Experience working with customers, with the ability to deeply understand customer needs and competitive landscape to achieve the best outcomes for the customer.
