What you will do
- Master the hirify.global product suite to align with local merchant needs and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a feedback loop between the local market and global Product teams to drive product-market fit.
- Develop a granular understanding of regional payment landscape trends and emerging technologies.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure hirify.global remains a market leader.
- Define and lead regional Go-To-Market strategies for a targeted portfolio of services.
- Build and manage a pipeline of merchants to cross-sell chargeable products and deepen commercial footprint.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Product Management, Management Consulting, or complex B2B Sales.
- High learning agility to absorb technical concepts quickly and communicate them effectively.
- Comfortable with data, forecasting revenue, and building commercial pipelines.
- Natural ability to analyze market trends and macro-economics.
- Experience actively partnering with global Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and regional Commercial stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making based on market numbers, usage stats, and financial metrics.
