Salary: $90,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do
- Coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for a key executive.
- Perform confidential administrative duties using various software tools (Outlook, Teams, Confluence, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Provide project management support, including staffing, resource planning, budgeting, and onboarding.
- Manage and facilitate site visits for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organize and attend events such as team gatherings, customer events, and conferences.
- Coordinate personal and business-related affairs as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-Suite leaders.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
- Superior organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, Refugee, or Asylee due to ITAR requirements.
