Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties). Relocation assistance may be available.

Salary: $124,000 - $139,500 USD annual base salary.

What you will do

  • Oversee vendor relationships and service delivery across San Francisco HQ, managing SLA performance and budget alignment.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs that strengthen company culture and enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Manage food, beverage, and pantry programs, monitoring usage, identifying improvements, and scaling operations.
  • Own daily workplace operations and employee support, responding to tickets and evolving the operations playbook.
  • Develop and iterate workplace policies and processes that maximize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including People, IT, Facilities, Security, and Finance, and execute company events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or office management.
  • Vendor management expertise including contract negotiation and SLA evaluation.
  • Strong project management skills with experience executing multi-month projects independently.
  • Budget management experience aligning operational spending with financial targets.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of workplace systems and how facilities, furniture, and technologies integrate.
  • Passion for employee experience and culture.
  • Must reside in or be able to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
