What you will do

• Own solution positioning, messaging, and narrative clarity for hirify.global’s Identity Security and AI strategy.
• Translate complex IT and security challenges into clear, compelling narratives and content that drives buyer action.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Demand, and GTM Enablement for solution activation and consistent messaging.
• Lead the strategy and delivery of solution content across multiple altitudes, including web experiences, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
• Conduct market and customer research, including competitive analysis and sales feedback, to inform narratives and content strategy.
• Build alignment and drive adoption of solution narratives across various internal teams and customer-facing touchpoints.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, or related roles within B2B SaaS, security, or adjacent technical categories.
• Experience marketing products or platforms in one or more of IAM, PAM, secrets management, endpoint security, cloud security, or developer platforms; AI-driven or AI-adjacent solutions are highly desirable.
• Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to produce compelling, high-quality content across multiple formats.
• Strong experience partnering with campaign, demand generation, and content teams to influence and deliver MOFU and BOFU programs and assets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling, buyer-focused stories that drive action.
• Strong business acumen with experience connecting messaging and content to pipeline outcomes and sales impact.
