What you will do

• Establish a data‑informed growth strategy for hirify.global North America.
• Lead the business development team, mentor, and establish best‑in‑class pursuit practices and go‑to‑market discipline.
• Oversee P&L for North America's new business, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Represent the agency in external contexts, promoting the hirify.global brand and culture.
• Develop market approaches aligning with regional strengths and Infosys partners’ capabilities.
• Partner with client partners to strengthen existing accounts and enhance organic growth.

Requirements

• A proven track record of scaling an agency practice or leading significant business expansion.
• MBA or master’s degree in digital marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years of previous digital agency experience.
• Demonstrated success as a senior new business leader.
• Deep fluency across digital creative ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and storytelling skills.
