TL;DR

Director Organization Change Enablement (Management): Lead and govern organizational change and adoption strategies across North America Operations with an accent on portfolio-level transformation, human-centered design, and operational enablement. Focus on designing and executing change readiness, adoption measurement, and embedding sustained behavioral shifts aligned with strategic initiatives.

Location: Denver, CO with hybrid work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible)

Salary: $180,000 - $190,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

  • Define and lead the North America Operations Enablement strategy supporting the Operations Plan of Record and annual strategy.
  • Embed change readiness, adoption planning, and human-centered design principles into strategic initiatives and delivery.
  • Partner with PMO, Strategy & Transformation, People & Culture, and IT teams to align solution delivery with workforce readiness and operational outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise-wide adoption-focused transformation initiatives ensuring measurable behavioral and capability shifts.
  • Track and report adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and change risks to leadership and governance bodies.
  • Collaborate with operational functions to assess readiness and align sequencing with operational realities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Denver, CO area with hybrid work (3 days in-office)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Operations, Engineering, or related field; certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational change, operational transformation, or enterprise system implementation.
  • Proven success leading portfolio-level adoption and behavioral transformation in complex organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
  • Travel up to 20% expected.
