Salary: $225,000 - 250,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of strategists, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Leverage research and trend sensing to develop structured perspectives on long-term trends and emerging risks.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including M&A, investment, and partnerships.
• Lead market and competitive analyses to ensure strategic recommendations are grounded in customer understanding.
• Support inorganic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive organizational alignment through storytelling and data-informed recommendations.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a related strategic role.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives in a high-growth environment.
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured thinking and communication.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in venture capital or private equity is a strong plus.
