What you will do

• Lead category transformation for Global Workforce, focusing on AI-driven efficiencies and new contracting models.
• Develop and implement strategic category plans for labor and technology services.
• Drive supplier rationalization and implement preferred supplier frameworks.
• Introduce governance processes to improve maturity in supplier management and outcome tracking.
• Partner with CTO, CIO, and functional leaders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends in AI, labor sourcing, and technology services to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of working experience in Sourcing, with at least 5 years in strategic sourcing and procurement.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing large-scale agreements (exceeding $5 million) and spend under management of at least $50 million.
• Hands-on experience sourcing technology services (cloud, infrastructure, software) and workforce solutions.
• Strong background in supplier relationship management, implementing governance frameworks, and driving performance tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, scenario modeling).
• Experience creating and implementing category strategies and transformation initiatives in a complex international environment.
