Salary: $90,000–$116,500 CAD

What you will do

• Develop and execute a roadmap for process re-engineering with automation and AI in high-impact areas.
• Lead facilitated workshops to map current-state workflows, uncover pain points, and inspire future-state thinking.
• Design future-state processes in collaboration with stakeholders, identifying automation and augmentation opportunities.
• Develop blueprints and design standards for AI-enabled processes, ensuring simplicity, clarity, compliance, and scalability.
• Maintain a registry of operational assets and ensure process lifecycle governance from intake to monitoring.
• Leverage agile and PMI project management practices, teaching stakeholders and guiding teams on when to apply automation and AI.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in business process engineering, operations, or analysis in global tech environments.
• Proven track record of facilitating transformation workshops and delivering measurable process improvements.
• Experience experimenting with automation and agentic workflows.
• Deep process expertise in modeling, requirements gathering, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity or assess incremental improvements.
• Conceptual understanding of AI-enabled workflows and strong AI prompting and validation skillsets.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred); Agile/Project/Change Management (PMP, CSM, Prosci) a plus.
