Sr. Product Sales Manager (Starlink): Driving Starlink's global adoption by owning the enterprise customer experience, optimizing pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies, and supporting sales engagements. Focus on identifying and developing improvements for revenue growth, integrating new hardware/services, and engaging with customers on commercial models and product capabilities.
Location: Redmond, WA. Must be based in the US and have US work authorization. Requires 50% travel to customer and other SpaceX locations.
Salary: $130,000.00 - $205,000.00/yr

What you will do
- Own the Enterprise customer user experience for Starlink.com, including checkout, acquisition, retention, and product marketing.
- Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth.
- Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio.
- Engage with customers and support sales engagements, answering questions on commercial models and product capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering.
- Oversee technical training and development for team members and represent Starlink at global conferences and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
- 5+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), a Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or an Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158 to conform to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR).
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations.
