Requirements

• 15+ years in Program/Portfolio Management, Strategy, or Operations, with 7+ years leading enterprise-level PMO.
• Deep experience in high-growth, multi-stakeholder environments (e.g., SaaS, technology).
• Proven track record of establishing or scaling an enterprise PMO, including governance and funding models.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with C-level leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong financial acumen to build and challenge business cases and ROI models.
• Expertise in organizational change management and driving adoption of new operating models.
• Exceptional communication skills for board-level narratives and execution details.
