What you will do

• Generate go-to-market strategies, including industry, company, and candidate ideas.
• Conduct thorough research to navigate key companies and build accurate candidate lists.
• Perform phone interviews with candidates to check fit with the role.
• Effectively present key research findings to team members and progress reports to clients.
• Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches simultaneously.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database.

Requirements

• Three or more years of relevant experience in human resources, search, selection, or consultancy.
• Experience in active candidate identification and sourcing.
• Fluent in English, both oral and in writing.
• Excellent analytical, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
