What you will do
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle and foster employee engagement for partnership customers.
- Lead and coordinate implementation projects ensuring timely milestones and seamless post-sale experiences.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships to surpass clinical and economic outcomes aligned with growth.
- Shape strategic initiatives to drive customer success growth and refine team playbooks and renewal planning.
- Provide clients with quantitative and qualitative data through reporting and business reviews to showcase impact.
- Develop and execute growth-oriented account plans with clear goals and strategic investments.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Canada or able to work remotely within Canada
- 2+ years experience in customer success, implementation, or account management with proven growth results.
- Strong skills in building strategic relationships and managing multiple customer accounts.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Google Sheets and Excel for tracking growth metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for webinars and live formats.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and a growth mindset.
