TL;DR

Client Success Manager (Brand Solutions): Managing and growing a book of agency & brand advertising clients with an accent on providing excellent service, retention, and new business growth. Focus on leading client meetings, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve client goals.

Location: Remote, must be a permanent US resident. Note: Cannot hire in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia.

Salary: $60,000 (base + bonus)

What you will do

  • Manage 10-15 client accounts, focusing on retention and growth in partnership with account management.
  • Lead regular client meetings to onboard, provide updates, and recap campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaigns meet client goals.
  • Work closely with operations teams to successfully execute campaigns.
  • Analyze data and report on campaign performance (e.g., brand lift studies, CTR, engagement).
  • Contribute to team training resources and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client success management, sponsorship management, or project management, with at least 1 year in a client-facing role at a publisher, brand, or agency.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver creative business solutions.
  • Background in display and OOH marketing/advertising to curate thoughtful creative recommendations.
  • Expertise in analyzing and sharing insights on campaign metrics and using performance data to pinpoint trends.
  • Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to fine-tune approach to client needs.
