Salary: $95,000–$285,000 annually + commission

What you will do

• Articulate the value of the hirify.global platform to decision makers and manage complex sales cycles.
• Nurture and develop C-suite relationships within assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams on prospecting and sales efforts.
• Generate sales development activity, ensure healthy pipeline management, and maintain SFDC hygiene.
• Conduct online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads.
• Travel as needed for client engagements.

Requirements

• Significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large & complex software transactions.
• Strong team mentality for managing and using virtual resources in complex sales cycles.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience calling on and presenting to C-Suite level contacts.
• Background building and cultivating relationships with partner ecosystems.
• Ability to evangelize and build new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
