TL;DR

Services Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving the sale of hirify.global's cybersecurity services to new and existing clients with an accent on identifying opportunities and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on becoming a trusted advisor in the cybersecurity industry, collaborating with internal teams, and exceeding sales targets.

Location: Remote (US, Texas). This position is for all U.S. candidates.

Salary: $85,000 - $128,000 per year

What you will do

  • Become a trusted advisor and expert in hirify.global services and products.
  • Engage clients to identify new opportunities and grow hirify.global services.
  • Manage the full sales motion from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Directors, and Sales Engineers.
  • Partner with internal sales teams to drive net-new and recurring revenue.
  • Forecast and report pipeline updates to management.
  • Provide exceptional sales guidance and customer service, including escalation.
  • Stay informed on the competitive landscape and articulate the value of solutions.
  • Be a go-getter and exceed established targets and quotas.
  • Act as the first line of contact for organizations experiencing a breach, including on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience generating net new business.
  • Proven experience selling complex multi-product architecture to Mid – Enterprise organizations.
  • Track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales program development experience.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
  • Must be based in the USA.
