What you will do

  • Carry out the whole sales cycle including identifying leads, meeting with clients, creating value propositions, structuring financial deals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Run in-person and online demonstrations of hirify.global with restaurateurs.
  • Focus on 100% net new business in your assigned territory, being in the field every week.
  • Close business consistently at or above quota.
  • Become an expert in our industry, the product, and our restaurateurs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records within hirify.global’s CRM solution.

Requirements

  • Familiarity and proficiency with full lifecycle sales process management.
  • Experience prospecting new business.
  • Intermediate experience with closing/quota carrying experience sales roles.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales.
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM experience to manage and organize pipeline.
  • Bilingual, French and English. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position
