What you will do

• Provide medical oversight and sign-off for Aika’s core clinical functionalities, including protocol design support, eligibility logic, and endpoint frameworks.
• Shape the medical and therapeutic strategy of the platform, prioritizing features and capabilities that address real-world challenges in drug and device development.
• Lead medical input into product requirements, ensuring AI models and workflows reflect current standards of care, clinical guidelines, and regulatory considerations.
• Partner with Clinical, Product, and Commercial teams to engage with key opinion leaders, sponsors, and investigators.
• Oversee the development of medically robust case studies, value narratives, and evidence dossiers for clients.
• Act as a key spokesperson for hirify.global on medical and clinical topics, including participation in advisory boards and scientific conferences.

Requirements

• Medical degree or equivalent is required.
• Significant experience in clinical development, medical affairs, or related functions in pharma or biotech.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial methodology, endpoint selection, and benefit-risk assessment.
• Experience working with or overseeing digital health is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and high level of integrity.
• English B2 level required.
