Location: To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.

Salary: $189,000.00–$230,700.00 annually

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent work or education-related experience.
• Minimum 10 years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in application design.
• Experience with Financial products, including Mortgage, Loan, Credit Card, and Deposits.
• Demonstrated expertise with .NET and C#.
• Experience with Azure cloud development and architecture, including secure identity patterns and cloud operational considerations.
• High-level expertise in two or more of the following domains: server-side web dev, client-side web dev, REST/web services, large scale data analytics using Machine Learning frameworks, networking and service mesh.
• Expertise in SOLID design principles, Object-Oriented Programming and Design, Microservices, and distributed systems design.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Services, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Teamcity) and Test Driven Development concepts.
• Experience with SQL, large datasets, data warehousing, sophisticated ETL processes, and NoSQL systems (e.g., Cosmos DB).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• System administration and automation with PowerShell or bash.
• Experience with event-driven/messaging patterns using Event Hubs, Service Bus, or similar technologies.
• Experience building observability using Open Telemetry + Application Insights.
