What you will do

• Perform technical lead responsibilities for application architecture, best practices, and initiatives.
• Design end-to-end technical solutions for Scheduler product aligning with platform vision.
• Refactor NewGen platform to accelerate developer velocity, maintainability, security, performance, and scalability.
• Lead automation and engineering initiatives for NewGen platform enterprise readiness.
• Architect healthcare data exchange using HL7, FHIR, CCD standards ensuring compliance and integrity.
• Design data synchronization, replication, and consistency models across multi-tenant distributed environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, delivery, cloud, and security teams.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentorship, and execution strategy.
• Enable move to Agentic AI-based Product Development Life Cycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience, at least 3 years in Principal Engineer or Architect role
• Proven success in platform modernization and re-architecting monoliths to cloud-native microservices.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, EDI) and interoperability frameworks.
• Experience designing data synchronization and replication in distributed systems.
• Technical depth in AWS (Serverless, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, eventing/messaging, SQL/NoSQL databases).
• Ability to balance long-term architecture with short-term delivery.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
