What you will do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define core competencies and draft job descriptions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for EMEA and APAC offices.
• Execute the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interview management.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified talent through LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Track and communicate key recruitment metrics to optimize talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Proven track record of hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience recruiting within the EMEA or APAC regions.
• Ability to use data to identify trends and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
