What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for software engineering, technical, and GTM functions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Partner with EPD and GTM leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and determine ideal candidate profiles.
• Independently build robust, high-quality candidate pipelines through various channels with an emphasis on rapid sourcing.
• Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Help improve recruiting process, documentation, tooling, and talent market intelligence.
• Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach candidates, influencing leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven ability to recruit top-tier Software Engineering talent and GTM leadership within enterprise software and/or SaaS.
• Past experience and success building teams at a venture-backed enterprise SaaS company, comfortable with startup ambiguity.
• Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market mapping, and navigating high-velocity recruiting.
• A passion for storytelling and explaining complex technical and business concepts clearly.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative communicator who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
