What you will do

• Analyze training needs to define learning objectives and close knowledge gaps.
• Develop high-quality learning materials, including e-learning courses, videos, and instructor-led training.
• Customize learning experiences for different user groups and skill levels.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content.
• Oversee multiple training initiatives, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Implement knowledge checks and assessments to measure training effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or customer experience roles, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in instructional design tools and e-learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication with diverse teams.
• Language Skills: Business fluent in English (C2 level).
