Salary: CAD $65,000 - CAD $108,000 base plus sales commission.

What you will do
- Drive the full sales cycle for small franchise brands to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Manage a prioritized book of leads and prospect through calls, emails, texts, video messaging, and social selling.
- Leverage AI-driven prospecting tools and internal data to identify high-potential accounts and craft personalized messaging.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate teams and franchise business consultants to support national partner rollouts.
- Utilize top sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zendesk, and Slack for pipeline management.
- Travel as needed to industry events, including trade shows, customer conferences, and hospitality alliances across North America.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a revenue-focused SaaS role.
- Passion for cold calling and outbound selling.
- Proven ability to manage a sales funnel with multiple lead sources and a track record of success in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, primarily from Toronto or Saskatoon offices.
- Willingness to travel as needed across North America.
