What you will do

• Own the sales cycle from prospecting to deal close.
• Consistently achieve quota for territory revenue and growth objectives.
• Communicate the business impact of hirify.global's product offerings to key decision makers.
• Manage the sourcing of new opportunities by meeting activity metrics.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience, specifically with Software, SaaS, and/or Fintech solutions.
• Proven ability to drive and close sales deals.
• Strong interpersonal skills for nurturing client relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
